Good photos start with consent
Make the experience comfortable for the performer and the photographer.
Ask, then photograph
Get a clear yes before a posed photo. Give the performer space to see and move, and keep walkways clear. Do not interrupt a break or photograph inside a headless lounge. Follow the event’s own rules for candid images.
Agree how photos can be used
Ask about posting, tagging, editing and commercial use separately. Being in a photo does not automatically give you the photographer’s permission to reuse it. Keep credits and watermarks unless the photographer permits a change.
Share with care
Link the photographer and performer’s chosen public accounts. Avoid exposing a private identity or travel location. If someone asks you to remove a photo, respond respectfully and work with them to resolve it.
