Check the official information
Confirm the year, venue, local time zone, registration requirements and refund terms on the organizer’s site. Some activities need separate registration. Save your ticket and the venue map for offline access.
Pack for the day
Bring the identification required by the event, your confirmation, a charged phone and a way to carry your belongings. If you wear a suit, find out where changing and rest areas are and consider attending with a trusted handler.
Start small
Pick a few activities you really want to attend. Ask event staff if a rule or location is unclear. Respect queues, accessibility spaces and the people who keep the event running.
